As a Boiler Technician you will provide quality service and electrical troubleshooting on customer’s boiler system equipment through preventative maintenance and emergency services.

Job Requirements (What You’ll Do)

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair boiler systems
Service burners, controls, valves, pumps, and safety devices
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, cleanings, and system startups
Travel to customer sites and respond to emergency service calls as needed
Communicate findings, repairs, and recommendations directly with customers
Document all work, parts, and notes in NetSuite mobile
Work independently in the field while coordinating with the service team

Experience & Qualifications

High School diploma required
3+ years of field experience preferred (boiler industry, HVAC, or electrical controls)
Strong troubleshooting ability — able to diagnose issues, not just replace parts
Working knowledge of:
- Boiler room equipment and steam systems
- Combustion testing equipment
- Parallel positioning systems and controllers
- Electrical systems, test equipment, and conduit installation
- PLC programs and control systems
Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and adapt in the field
Strong customer service skills and professional communication
Valid driver’s license required with acceptable motor vehicle record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Work Environment & Expectations

Flexibility to work overtime, nights, or weekends when needed
Participation in an on-call rotation for emergency service
Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and safety standards
