Manager/Supervisor
As the Service Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our service department based in the Orlando office. In this role, you will serve as our subject matter expert on all things boilers. This role includes direct management of service personnel, handling service calls, and ensuring high-quality customer support. You will also play a key role in training team members, fostering their professional development, and driving continuous improvement within the department.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage service personnel through coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- Serve as a mentor and conduct Quarterly Conversations for employee development
- Deliver high-quality service aligned with company core values
- Resolve issues promptly to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Oversee and coordinate performance of service department staff
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues and recommendations
- Build customer relationships and promote long-term maintenance plans
- Promote preventative maintenance contracts to generate service revenue
- Develop schedules, manage resources, and maintain productivity standards
- Quote small-scale jobs under $10,000
- Support training and development of service department personnel
- Ensure department meets profitability and efficiency goals
- Continuously improve technical and leadership skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 10+ years of prior boiler experience strongly preferred (5+ required)
- 5+ years of prior management/supervisory experience strongly preferred (2+ required)
- Able to maintain an insurable driving record
- Able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
